Minimum Required Qualification:
- For the post of Senior Officer: Passed postgraduate or similar examination and worked for at least 3 years in a post below one level in Banks and Financial Institutions; Or graduated level or similar examination and worked for 4 years in a post below one level in banks and financial institutions or passed CA / ACCA examination and worked in the related field for 3 years.
- For the post of Officer: Passed post-graduate level or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and worked in a post below one level in a microfinance institution for at least 2 years; Or having passed a bachelor's degree or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and worked in a post below one level in a microfinance institution for at least 3 years; Or having passed CA / ACCA exam and worked in the related field for 2 years, Or Graduate Level Semi Qualified CA Passed and worked in related field for 3 years.
- For Junior Officer: Passed undergraduate level or similar examination and worked for 2 years in the post of branch manager or below one level in banks and financial institutions; Or having passed the certificate level or similar examination and worked for 3 years in the post of branch manager or below one level, Or Semi Qualified CA pass and worked in the related field for 1 year.
- For Supervisor: Graduated from a recognized educational institution for the post or has passed a similar examination and has held a responsible position in the institution for at least 3 years; Or having passed proficiency certificate level or similar examination and worked in a responsible position in an MFI for at least 5 years.
- For Senior Assistant: Passed bachelor's degree or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and worked in a microfinance institution for at least 2 years; Or have passed proficiency certificate level and have worked in microfinance institution for at least 3 years.
- For Assistant Post: Passed Proficiency Certificate level and worked in MFI for at least 2 years; Or having passed SEE or similar examination and worked in an MFI for at least 3 years.
- Junior Assistant: Passed proficiency certificate level or similar examination from a recognized educational institution for the post and worked in an MFI for at least 1 year; Or having passed SEE or similar examination and worked in MFI for at least 2 years.
- Trainee Assistant: Preference will be given to those who have passed SLC / SEE or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and have acquired computer knowledge.
Age Limit: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level and 18 years for Assistant Level and not exceeding 35 years for Assistant Level till the last day of application. In the case of women candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years.
Salary and other facilities: will be as per the rules of the financial institution.
