Age limit: For advertisement no.01/079/80 completed 21 years and not exceeding 55 years; Advertisement No. For 02/079/80 and 03/079/80 completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years and advertisement no. Should have completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years from advertisement no 04/079/80 to 06/079/80. But in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years.
Vacancy Details:
1. Deputy Chief Manager (Managerial Level)- 1 (One)
Required Minimum Qualification: Passed graduation or similar examination and at least 6 years working as a department head in a bank/financial/microfinance institution or at least 6 years as a department head in a bank or financial institution after passing the executive officer examination. Worked for 8 years.
2. Senior Manager (Managerial Level) - 1 (One)
Required Minimum Qualification: Passed Master's degree or equivalent examination and at least 5 years working as a department head in a bank / financial / microfinance institution at the managerial level or at least 5 years working as a department head in a bank / financial / microfinance institution at the managerial level after passing graduation or equivalent examination. Worked for 7 years.
3. Assistant Manager (Administrative) - 1 (One)
Required Minimum Qualification: Having passed Master's degree or similar examination and having worked at the authorized level in a bank / financial / microfinance institution for at least 4 years or having passed graduation level or similar examination and having worked at the authorized level in a bank / financial / microfinance institution for at least 6 years.
4. Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer (Officer Level): Few
Required Minimum Qualification for Senior Officer: Passed Master's degree or equivalent examination and worked at least 3 years in Bank/Financial/Microfinance Institution in one level below or Graduate level or equivalent examination and worked in Bank/Financial/Microfinance Institution for 4 years in one below level OR CA ?/Passed the ACCA exam and worked in the relevant field for 3 years.
Required Minimum Qualification for Officer: Graduate level or equivalent examination with at least 2 years working in Bank/Financial/Microfinance institution in one level below OR Graduation level or equivalent examination with minimum 3 years working in microfinance financial institution in one level below OR CA/ACCA Having passed the exam and worked in the related field for 1 year or as a Semi Qualified CA and worked in the related field for 2 years.
Required Minimum Qualification for Junior Officer: Passed graduation level or similar examination and worked for 2 years as a branch manager or one level below in a bank / financial / microfinance institution or passed certificate level or similar examination and worked for 3 years as a branch manager or one level below or Semi Qualified CA and worked in the related field for 1 year.
5. Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant/Junior Assistant: Few
Required Minimum Qualification for Supervisor: Passed Bachelor's or similar examination and worked at least 3 years in a responsible position in a microfinance financial institution or passed Proficiency Certificate level or similar examination and worked in a responsible position in a microfinance financial institution for at least 5 years.
Required Minimum Qualification for Senior Assistant: Passed graduation level or equivalent examination and worked at least 2 years in microfinance financial institution or passed proficiency certificate level and worked at least 4 years in microfinance financial institution.
Required Minimum Qualification for Assistant: Passed proficiency certificate level and worked at least 2 years in microfinance financial institution or passed SEE or similar examination and worked at least 3 years in microfinance financial institution.
Required Minimum Qualification for Junior Assistant: Passed SEE or equivalent examination and worked in a microfinance financial institution for at least 1 year
6. Junior Assistant Trainee - Few
Required Minimum Qualification: Preference will be given to those who have passed SLC/SEE or similar examination from a recognized educational institution and acquired computer knowledge.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be selected through one or both presentations and interviews.
