The Office of Annapurna Rural Municipality (Gaupalika) is seeking to hire a Psychosocial Counselor and a Water and Sanitation Technician on a contract basis. Educational Qualifications:

• For Psychosocial Counselor:
  Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field from a recognized university; or a Health Assistant or Staff Nurse degree; or a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling.

• For Water and Sanitation Technician:
  SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution, with training in Water and Sanitation or two years of relevant experience.

Additional Criteria:

2. Age should be between 18 to 35 years, and for women or those with special abilities, up to 40 years.
3. Should not be disqualified by prevailing laws.
4. Required Documents to be submitted with the application:
   • One copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.
   • One copy of each of all educational qualification certificates.
   • Three recent passport-sized photographs.
5. Application Fee: NPR 700/- with an additional NPR 100 for the application form.
6. Application Submission Location: Annapurna Rural Municipality Office, Kaski.
7. Work Location: Rural Municipality Office or any ward office under it.
8. Service Facilities: As per office regulations.
9. Type of Examination: Written and interview (as per the "Employee Management on Contract Procedure, 2081" of Annapurna Rural Municipality).
10. Syllabus: As prescribed by the Office for Psychosocial Counselor and by the Provincial Public Service Commission, Gandaki Province, for Water and Sanitation Technician.
11. Contract Duration: Until the end of Poush 2081 (extendable based on performance).
