2) Application office: Himalaya Eye Hospital, Gharipatan, Pokhara.
3) Exam Fee: Rs. 1000/-
4) Required documents: Handwritten application, citizenship certificate, educational certificates, experience, and certified copies of other necessary certificates.
5) Only selected applicants will be informed of the examination.
6) Special consideration will be given to experienced candidates.
7) The time and place of the examination will be informed later.
8) No action will be taken on the applications received without a receipt.
