Educational Qualification and Experience:
For AHW, ANM, and Health Assistant Post: Passed AHW, ANM, and Health Assistant courses from a recognized educational institution and registered on the concerned council.
Age Limit: 18 years of age completed and not exceeding 40 years of age.
Required Document with Application:
- Photocopy of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Photocopy of educational qualification
- Photocopy of experience certificate
- Photocopy of certificate received from the council
Application Fees: For AHW and ANM Rs. 600 and For Health Assistant (HA) Rs. 700
Date of Written Examination: The written exam date will be informed during the contract date.
