Position: Human Resource (HR) and Safeguarding Coordinator

AAIN is seeking competent, committed, and result-oriented candidates for the position of Human Resource (HR) and Safeguarding Coordinator. H/he is responsible for the management of all operational HR business processes under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head of Human Resource & Organisational Development (HROD).

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Safeguarding Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Head of HROD/Safeguarding Focal Point (SFP) in aligning ActionAid International Nepal's (AAINs) culture, systems, processes, and policies with those of the ActionAid International (AAI) organizational safeguarding approach to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding are carried out.

Key Person Specification:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or any other relevant degree from a recognized University; A Master’s degree with a specialisation in HR preferred
  • Highly desirable - A formal qualification or certification in Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse (SHEA)/Safeguarding
  • At least five years of work experience in various sub-functions within HR
  • At least one year of direct work experience in SHEA/Safeguarding
