Minimum qualifications and experience required:
1) Educational Qualification
A) In case of Information Technology Officer: Minimum qualification for the post of Computer Officer to be taken by the Public Service Commission, or BE Electronics and Communication Engineering, BTech Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer, Or Information and Communications Technologies or any other subject from a recognized educational institution. Graduated (BIT, BIM, BBIS, BCA, BCIS, BEIT, B.Sc IT, B.Sc CSIT).
B) In case of Sub-Engineer: Must have passed at least Diploma or Certificate level in Civil Engineering subject from a recognized educational institution, or similar and those who have done building-related work will be given preference.
C) Covid nurse: Passed staff nurse from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal and registered with the concerned council.
2) Type of Examination: In Atharai Triveni Rural municipality, the procedure related to technical management in the contract will be as per procedure 2075.
3) Age: For the fifth post of Information Technology Officer, Sub-Engineer and Covid Nurse, in case of men, 18 years and not exceeding 35 years and in case of women, 18 years and not exceeding 40 years.
4) Examination Center: Atharai Triveni Rural Municipality Office, Hong Pang, Taplejung.
