Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor's in marketing, MBA preferred

Experience: 4-6years of managerial level in lubricant

2) Sales officer - lower to middle position - Six

Skills:

  • Identify potential outlets, understand business, financial strength, and brands
  • Preparing Daily Market Visit Report
  • Understanding market intelligence and report
  • Timely meeting of sales and collection targets

Qualification: Plus 2 and 1-3 years of experience in the automotive field

3) Business Development Manager - Senior Position - One

Skills:

  • Study lubricant market by cities, know requirements, assess competitors' position and design strategy for each place
  • Create a brand image in the market & launch a promotional program
  • Make policies, plans, and programs, timeframe, budget, and approach the specific market
  • Get feedback from clients & sales team, analyze and improve plans further

Qualification: Bachelor's in marketing, finance, MBA will be preferred

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the business development field

Applicant(s) should present his/her vision about business development in the Lubricants (PDF or PP) sector based on past experience

4) Business Development Officer - Middle level - Three

Skills:

  • Study business trends and develop a competitive strategy
  • Analyzing the budget of the company and plan accordingly to optimize profit
  • Analyzing the market and identifying the gap and suggest programs

Qualification: Bachelor's in finance, marketing, or relevant field

Experience: 1-2 years in the business development field

5) Technical Sales Engineer - Senior level - Two

Skills:

  • Self-starter, well organized and motivated.
  • Knowledge of lubricant chemistry and its application in industry, hydro & construction.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions to customers' needs.

Duties:

  • Presenting technical aspect of products to customers
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to cover territory and customers to achieve sales targets

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial or automobile or hydropower or electrical engineering. Education in the management field will have added advantage.

Experience: 1-2 years in relevant field

6) Junior Technical Sales Engineer - Lower to middle level -Four

Skills:

  • Self-starter, well organized and motivated.
  • Working knowledge of the lubricant and its application in industry, hydro & construction.

Qualification: Plus 2 level degree in mechanical or industrial or automobile or hydropower or electrical engineering. Candidate with sales knowledge will be preferred

Experience: 1 year in relevant field
