Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey's Twitter account has been hacked for some time. Dorsey, a co-founder with more than 42 million followers, hacked a group known as the 'Chuckling Squad'.
After taking control of the group, the group tweeted several offensives and discriminatory comments in about 15 minutes from Dorsey's Twitter.
Twitter claims that there is no weakness in its system, claiming that a mobile phone operator is guilty of the incident.
Twitter issued a request urging users to change their passwords, saying, "Due to the negligence of the mobile service provider, there was a problem with the phone number used for this account."
'This made it possible for an unauthorized person to use the phone number and write an SMS. That problem has been solved now. '
