Essential Pre-Departure Checklist:

Accept your Offer Letter: This is the first step. If you have not already done so, make sure to accept your offer letter. Contact us or your host university if you have any queries.

Passport Verification: Ensure your passport is valid for a minimum of six months beyond your return date. If you do not possess a passport, you need to apply for one immediately.

Flight Booking: Monitor flight costs and book the most suitable option. Consider a travel agent if needed. If booking a return flight, opt for flexible tickets to avoid additional charges due to changes in dates.
