Overview
The headquarters of Chapakot Municipality (चापाकोट नगरपालिका, स्याङजा) is located at Suntalitar, Syangja district, Gandaki Pradesh of Nepal. Chapakot Nagarpalika is an urban municipality and local government of Nepal. It has incorporated in 2014 and provides various local government services from its 10 Wards. Such services are Health and Population, Vital registration (Birth, Death, Marriage, Migration and Divorce), local level development projects, education (Basic and Secondary), Science and Technology, utilization of local resources, social security, land registration, Social Welfare distribution, urban planning, tax collection, Forestry, land registration, Communication and Information Technology, transportations, Youth and Sports, Agricultural and Livestock Development, Water Resource and Irrigation etc.
