DPS School is located was established in 2012 A.D. as a Private educational institution, which is located at Pradhikaran Marg, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. It is approved by the Ministry of Education. It offers education programs from Montessori programs.
DPS School is an institute, established with an aim to develop the whole personality of a child through motor, sensorial and intellectual activities. It aims at inspiring the child with lifelong learning skills that lead to a brighter future. Its specially designed curriculum aims at involving a child and enabling him/her to express his/ her self to the maximum.
Within its school it provides a safe, exciting and supportive environment where children are happy, confident and inspired to ask questions, explore, take risks, make mistakes and share their ideas, energy, and enthusiasm in a climate of possibility and curiosity. A broad balanced curriculum provides not only basic skills but creates opportunities for all to discover what excites their spirit, enjoy their learning in many styles and recognize its essential place in their lives.
DPS school faculty consists of experienced and trained teachers who share the vision of DPS values. The faculty meets up regularly to discuss and learn modern methods of teaching through workshops and specialized training programs. The school seeks to develop individual talent in the student through participation in extra-curricular activities through different hobbies, workshops, and activities like debating, presentation, story-telling, quiz, etc.
Its Montessori section is a very complete and wholesome section with all the modern global standard educational materials. The child shall grow in constant vigilance for manners and learning with the play way methods. This section has special rooms specially designed for the tiny tots.
