Pre-Diploma Level Free Scholarship - CTEVT
Urgent Notice regarding filling up of application form for pre-diploma (formerly TSLC) level classified (free) scholarship selection in the academic session 2077/078 of Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur:
In the pre-diploma (formerly TSLC) level educational programs conducted by the Examination Control Office of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). In the academic session 2077/078 for conducting admission in the pre-diploma level entrance examination, scholarship distribution, and admission guidelines 2077, for admission in the classified (free) scholarship quota prescribed in the affiliate, partnership, text, and private educational institutions approved by CTEVT. A formal notice has been published for the information of all concerned as the application form has been duly requested from the eligible Nepali citizens by 19th Ashoj 2077 BS as per the details.
CTEVT Pre-Diploma Level Free Scholarship Details:
1. Classified (Free) Scholarship Information:
The following quotas will be provided to Nepali citizens in each educational program regardless of the number of students enrolled at the pre-diploma level in the educational institutions run by the council, affiliated, community, and private level.
Type of Scholarship: Classified (Free Scholarship)
- In each of the 20 approved quota educational programs: 2 Seats
- In each of the 30 approved quota educational programs: 3 Seats
- In each of the 40 approved quota educational programs: 4 Seats
According to the details of the educational institution obtained from the Council Level Determination Division, Polytechnic Division, and Community School Technical Education Program Division, the classified (free) scholarships to be maintained are as follows. If an additional list of educational institutions is received, the number of quotas will be increased accordingly.

Pre-Diploma in Agriculture (Plant Science), Pre-Diploma in Livestock Production / Animal Health, Pre-Diploma in Veterinary Science, Pre-Diploma in Civil Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Water Supply and Sanitary Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Survey Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Computer Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Pre-Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Pre-Diploma in Hotel Management, Pre-Diploma in Culinary Arts, Pre-Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development, Pre-Diploma in Social Mobilization, and Pre-Diploma in Computer Applications & Secretarial Management.
- Must have passed SLC/SEE with a Minimum D grade in Any Subject.
