The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology invites applications for scholarships for Master's Degree and Doctoral Degree studies in Japan and the Philippines. This is about the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (Jan Shakti Planning and Development Branch) letter number Ch.No. 329, dated 2080/08/29.
Eligible civil servants working under the Ministry who fulfill the provisions of the Civil Service Act and Regulations are encouraged to apply.

Master's Degree in "Improvement in Children's Learning (JFY 2024)"
- Slots Available: 4 (2 Main and 2 Alternative)
- Study Duration: October 2024 to September 2026 (2 years)

- Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be Nepali citizens under 40 years of age as of April 1st, 2024.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 16 years of academic background.
- Possess more than 5 years of work experience.
- Demonstrate adequate English proficiency and understanding of the program.
- Have a GWA of 2.25 or better in BS Biology and no grade lower than 3.00 in any academic subjects.
- No failing grades; if a failing grade exists, must pay the stipulated fees for retake.
