New Scholarship Program Announced by Tribhuvan University and CNAS

Tribhuvan University's Free Student Union (FSU) has partnered with the Center for Nepal and Asian Studies (CNAS) to introduce a new scholarship initiative aimed at supporting academic research. The scholarship will benefit students enrolled in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Key Details of the Scholarship Program:

  • Eligibility: The scholarship is available to one student from each department within the central department.
  • Scholarship Amount: Each selected student will receive NPR 25,000 to aid their research efforts.
  • Selection Process: The recipients will be chosen based on recommendations from their respective departments, ensuring that only the most deserving students are awarded.
  • Implementation: To facilitate the new scholarship, CNAS will work closely with the Central Department and the FSU to establish the necessary application and selection procedures.
