Nepal Army Welfare Scholarships 2081 for Class 4 to 12

Nepal Army Welfare Directorate, Force Headquarters Department, Jangi Adda Notification regarding “Soldier Welfare Scholarship, (Swadesh).

This notice is published for the information of all those concerned with the provision of "Sainik Welfare Scholarship (Swadesh)" for the academic session - 2080 among the various programs run under the Military Welfare Fund.

2) Details of Scholarship

(a) Scholarship amount: Annual lump sum per student Rs. 20,000 (twenty thousand).

(b) Scholarship recipients: sons/daughters of serving and retired soldiers of the Nepali Army (only the names of those who have submitted the scholarship in the previous academic session should be applied for; if the scholarship amount has been taken in class 12 in the past, then this facility is available only to one couple and one child, so apply for the other child not getting the day).

(c) Class to be studying: To submit the scholarship application for the academic session 2080, students must have passed class 4 to class 12 in that academic session.

(d) Age of students: For studying from Class 4 to Class 12, the age should not exceed 21 years by 2081/01/01.

3) Students Eligible for Scholarship:

(a) Should be the son/daughter of serving and retired soldiers of the Nepali Army.

(b) Only 1 (one) offspring (son/daughter) of the beneficiaries will receive the scholarship.

(c) Only children who have passed class 4 to class 12 in the academic session 2050 get this facility

(d) 40% (GPA 1.6) for students studying in community / government schools and 50% (GPA 2.0) for students studying in institutional private schools should have passed in the annual examination of the year 2080 (Grading only is mentioned in the merit certificate as: If the grading is A+ or D then percentage or GPA must be open).

(e) Should be studying in schools and colleges (colleges) recognized by the Government of Nepal (in case of educational institutions operating in Nepal from other foreign countries, they should be recognized by the Government of Nepal and documents of recognition should be submitted).

(f) In the case of active soldiers, only descendants (sons/daughters) who have been duly registered through HR Digitization of the Nepali Army will get this facility.

(g) Incumbent and retired beneficiaries who have been certified (by the Directorate of Ceremonies) as being injured during the previous conflict and in need of support, soldiers among the descendants of a couple of soldiers who died in the line of duty during fire control in Ramechhap district and who died in the landslide of Ramche in Rasuwa district. If 1 (one) son or daughter is studying in an educational institution or empaneled schools under the welfare fund, then 1 (one) child and two (two) children if they are not studying in an educational institution or empaneled school under the military welfare fund. Can apply for.

(h) If they are the descendants of incumbent and retired beneficiaries of the earthquake-affected 14 districts who died in the 2072 Binabar earthquake, 2 (two) persons will be allowed to apply for the scholarship. (Only if Military College or Empaneled Concession is not availed)

(i) In the case of twin children, if they have passed the entrance examination for studying in a military educational institution, one child is allowed to study at a concessional rate and one child is allowed to study at a full fee.

(j) One child adopted as a son or daughter of a member of the Nepali Army and a retired general in accordance with prevailing Nepalese laws.

Students not eligible for scholarship:

(a) Students studying in educational institutions run under the welfare fund in the academic session 2080 (including schools/colleges and colleges run under the Nepali Army Institute of Health Sciences). (If there are students who are studying in the said colleges/schools for free (except for full or partial subsidized fees) or who are studying in the non-military quota, they must submit a recommendation letter from the relevant person stating that they did not study on subsidized basis in the academic session 2080.)

(b) Students receiving "Pradhan Senapati Scholarship" distributed from the welfare fund (the families of those who died in the line of heroism and duty cannot apply for this scholarship and the deadline for correspondence to apply for the "Pradhan Senapati Scholarship" for the families of those who died in the line of duty and heroism To inform that you will apply within.)

(c) Students who do not submit their application promptly and within the specified time limit (beneficiaries who missed to apply in a specific location) will be allowed to apply for the scholarship if they attend the military welfare directorate within the specified time limit and submit the documents, but after the time limit expires, the said beneficiaries will not be able to apply.

(d) 1 (one) child of the beneficiaries currently taking study facilities in educational institutions with Empanelled agreement.

(e) Persons who have been dismissed for various reasons during the service period and have not received a lease for welfare family concessions are not allowed to apply for welfare scholarship.

(f) Students studying in foreign schools outside Nepal.

5) Mandatory documents to be submitted along with the application:

To the Incumbent:

(a) Copy of character certificate.

(b) Copy of profit letter of previous year (2080).

(c) Copy of birth registration certificate or citizenship.

(d) Copy of military identity card (if no military identity card is issued, recommendation letter from the unit without an identity card)

(e) Copy of marriage registration certificate.

For Retired:

(a) Copy of character certificate.

(b) Copy of profit letter of previous year (2080).

(c) Copy of birth registration certificate or citizenship.

(d) Copy of pension lease (sheet with name of concerned and name of intended person)

(e) Copy of marriage registration certificate.

(f) Proof of kinship from the concerned Rural Municipality/Municipality (must mention details of all descendants) or Descendant details certificate.

Note:

1) When submitting the above-mentioned documents, details such as name, date of birth, marks obtained in the mark sheet must be clearly disclosed.

2) To apply for the scholarship, the required percentage and GPA of open class 4th to 9th class: letter and character certificate should be submitted. (In the case of students who have participated in the SEE and class 12th exams, only if it is not possible to submit a letter of merit with the application, a letter of recommendation from the respective school stating the name and date of birth of the parents and students who have participated in the annual exam of class SEE/12th and the exam results have not been published and symbol no. It should be submitted with the application along with the open admission letter. In addition, at the time of taking the scholarship amount, a copy of the merit letter and the character certificate should be submitted and if necessary, a copy should be shown.

3) Since there is no annual examination for the students studying in class 11, they must submit a letter of recommendation from the respective school stating that they have passed SEE and are currently studying in class 11, stating the name and date of birth of the parents and students. In addition, at the time of receiving the scholarship amount, a copy of the merit certificate and character certificate must be submitted and if necessary, a complete copy must be shown.

4) Certified document stating that he was injured during the previous conflict and needed support (from the ceremony management directorate), a copy of the identification letter or proof of identity in the case of soldiers who died in the line of duty during fire control in Ramechhap district and who died in Ramche landslide in Rasuwa district, religion son/ To submit scholarship application for a daughter, the name of the person adopted as a religious son/daughter from the concerned ward office, the date of adoption (even if only the year is mentioned) and the letter of recommendation for the name of the religious son/daughter and those who died in the earthquake in the 2072 earthquake-affected 14 districts.
