Notice on Scholarship Examination under the Budhanilkantha School and Partnership Program
Under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Budhanilkantha School, Kathmandu and schools participating in partnership programs were born in 2066 BS or 2067 BS year for study of residential children free of cost to the poor children of poor communities, from class 5 to study free of cost or subsidy fee to regular local school. As an educational session, This information has been published for the information of all concerned as the students who have studied Class 4 in 2076 should select students from an open competition to represent different geographies and target communities.
The application form should be downloaded from the following website and filled it in with the required recommendations and certified, along with the required documents and submit it to the exam center where it is suitable.
Exam Date and Time: 2076/12/26 Wednesday, 11:00 am
Type of Exam: Written
Courses: Nepali, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Education and General Knowledge of Classes 3 and 4 (40 percent objective and 60 percent subjective).
Examination Centers: Ilam, Itahari, Hile, Okhaldhunga, Lahan, Bardibas, Pathlaiya, Manthali, Dolalghat, Kathmandu (Budhanilkantha School), Bharatpur, Ambukhaireni, Pokhara, Putalibazaar (Sadja), Beni, Butwal, Tamghas, Ghorahi, Kohalpur, Chaurjhari, Jumla, Birendranagar, Dunai, Attaria, Saphebgar and Dadeldhura.
The number of open and reservation seats will be as follows:
For Budhanilkantha school:
Open seats: 20
Reservation seat: 20 (Loponmokh-2, Dalit-4, Muslim-1, Madhesi-4, Janajati-1, Backward Region-2 and Conflict-2).
Under the Partnership Program, 1 student from each district will be selected for the partnership school.
Application Form: Rs. 100 / - (One hundred only)
The following documents should be submitted along with the application form:
1) Fill-in-the-blank recommended and validated application.
2) Letter of recommendation provided for open scholarship office or local level scholarship, even due to poverty.
3) A copy of the student's birth certificate provided by the local registrar.
4) If the guardian of the student is the parent, both of them have a copy of their Nepali citizenship certificate or if the other person is a copy of the certificate issued with the student from the official body and a copy of his / her citizenship certificate.
5) If the candidate who wants to be a candidate in the reserved place is on the list made public by the Government of Nepal, recommendation letter from the concerned District Administration Office or the concerned official body (Adivasi / Janajati Uplift National Establishment, National Dalit Commission or Ministry of Home Affairs) to prove that they belong to the community. Persons in the backward areas will have to submit a recommendation letter stating that they have permanent residence in the same location from the concerned headquarters or local level and that their students have studied in the local community schools.
6) 2 copies of passport size with both ears taken recently.
