The online application system for scholarships under Pokhara University’s Faculty of Management (for MBA, MHCM, and MCIS programs) has been operational from 2081/11/22 (Thursday) and will remain open until 2081/12/17 (Sunday) at 5:00 PM.

For Nepali citizens who are interested in participating in various postgraduate scholarship programs under the Faculty of Management of Pokhara University, the important information of the scholarship program, March Session-2025 has been published for all concerned. Also, detailed information on postgraduate scholarships, necessary information to be taken into account while filling the online form, and the format form of Schedule-2, which must be filled if you have studied from class 6 to class 10 from a public school and have passed SEE or SLC, is also attached, so all concerned are informed about this. Also, it is specially requested to study the uploaded PDF files carefully and fill the online form only. |

Applicants must submit attested copies of recommendation letters and other required documents when prompted during the online form submission.

Mandatory Gmail ID:

Create a Gmail ID before applying.

Applicants who applied for the March Session 2024 but did not receive a scholarship must re-upload their form after paying the fee.

Contact the Faculty of Management Dean’s Office for any form corrections.

Verification Code: Proceed with the application only after receiving the Gmail verification code.

Use ONE Gmail ID for the entire application. Multiple IDs will not be supported.

Public School Attendance (Grades 6–10):

Applicants who studied in public schools until SEE/SLC must submit a recommendation letter in Schedule-2 format (downloadable from the website).

Bachelor’s Transcripts: If the final transcript/character certificate is unavailable, upload scanned copies of all semester mark sheets, aggregate marksheet, character certificate, or equivalency certificate.

Complete All Steps: Save every section of the online form, including the quota information section (even if not applicable).

Resubmission: Incomplete forms will be allowed one resubmission opportunity.

Final Review:

Forms not meeting criteria after resubmission will be reviewed based on submitted documents.

Applications failing to meet requirements will be rejected.
