Hari Prasad Pandey Distributed Scholarships Worth Rs 4 Million to Students:

Former Minister and industrialist Hari Prasad Pandey has distributed scholarships worth Rs 4 million to students of 72 wards of Kaski. At a ceremony held in Pokhara on Friday, 125 students of the district received scholarships of up to Rs 50,000 each in the name of the Karmabhoomi Scholarship. Of them, 84 are female students and 21 are male students.

There are students studying non-graduate technical education from the poor and affluent community from the scholarship program organized by Matrisewa Pratisthan Nepal, Lalitpur, and managed by Palpali Samaj Pokhara. There are subjects in the fields of health medicine, agriculture, veterinary, engineering, hotel management, etc. Last year, he had distributed Rs 4,050,000 worth of 'Rambhadevi Scholarship' in his home district of Palpa.

Pandey, a social worker, had announced to distribute scholarships worth Rs 38 million last year. For this, Rs. 30 million has been set aside in the Retirement Fund and Rs. 79.50 million scholarships have been distributed in Palpa and Kaski.
