Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Call for National and Provincial Talent Award Nominations
The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Department of Culture, Government of Nepal, has issued a notification inviting applications and recommendations for the National and Provincial Talent Awards. This initiative is part of the approved annual program for the fiscal year 2080/081.
Award Categories and Eligibility

Basic Genre and Area of the Award:
- Culture: Involving culture, history, archaeology, sociology, anthropology, folklore.
- Music and Theatre: Including drama, choreography, music.
- Fine Arts: Encompassing painting, sculpture, architecture, handicraft, and sculpture.
- Language and Literature: Focused on the study and research of national languages and literary works like poems, stories, essays, plays, and criticism.

Recommendation Process:
- Individuals or organizations can apply or recommend for the talent award by attaching work related to the specified genres.
- The application form is available on the Ministry's website, www.tourism.gov.np.

Required Documents for Application/Recommendation:
- Personal or organizational details including name, contact address, email, mobile number, and Permanent Account Number (PAN).
- A copy of the certificate of Nepalese citizenship.
- Two passport size photographs.
- Details of published masterpieces (one copy each) and other relevant materials.
- Additional materials including publication documents.
- In cases where there is no published work, other introductory materials showcasing talent.

- Applications and recommendations must be submitted to the Culture Division of the Ministry within 30 days from the date of this notification's publication.
