Gandaki Boarding School (National School), Lamachaur, Pokhara Urgent Notice Regarding the Scholarship Entrance Examination!

A scholarship entrance examination for Grade 4 at Gandaki Boarding School for the academic session 2082 will be conducted as per the details below. This notice is published to inform all concerned students who wish to study under the scholarship facility.

The student must be studying in Grade 3 and not have reached 10 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2081.
Along with the application form, two copies of a recent photograph, a recommendation letter provided by the current school, a mark sheet/grade sheet, a copy of the birth certificate, and a recommendation letter from the relevant Ward Office indicating monthly/annual income must be submitted.
The entrance examination will be based on the Grade 3 curriculum set by the Government of Nepal, including Nepali, Mathematics, and English subjects.
The scholarship entrance examination will be held on Saturday, Magh 5, 2081, at the following centers. Application forms will be available at the respective centers from 8:00 a.m. on the same day, and the written exam will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Partial scholarships are also included in the scholarship program. Parents or students who receive partial scholarships (75%, 66.6%, 50%, 33.3%, 25%) must pay the remaining fees based on their income source and earning capacity.
Eligible students may participate in the examination at the above convenient centers.
Only underprivileged, academically capable students who meet the school's criteria will be eligible for this scholarship. If the submitted information is false, the scholarship may be revoked at any time. All scholarship-related rights remain vested in the school.
Parents/guardians living permanently in Wards 16 and 19 of Pokhara Metropolitan City and wishing to take the local scholarship entrance examination must submit original documents certifying their residency in that area along with the application form obtained from the respective ward office.

Students who wish to study in Grade 4 and pay the full fee and those seeking admission in Grades 5 to 9 (where seats are available) can obtain the application form from Falgun 18, 2081, onwards.
