Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sudurpashchim Provincial Office, Kailali Urgent Notice Regarding the Publication of Results for the Entrance Examination of Classified (Free) Scholarships for Pre-Diploma Level Programs
As per the notice published by the Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) on 2081/03/15, the entrance examination for the classified (free) scholarships for pre-diploma level programs was conducted on 2081/04/12 at 1:00 PM in the designated exam centers.
The results have been published based on the total marks obtained in the written examination and the marks awarded for SLC/SEE academic certificates, following the Entrance Examination Operation, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2081.
The names of the main candidates who have been recommended for admission as well as the names of trainees listed in the pass list have been published. This notice is issued for the information of all concerned.
The selected candidates recommended for admission are requested to proceed to the designated educational institution with their admission letter, copy of the results, educational qualification certificates, citizenship or birth certificate, original certificates of the selected target group, and photo by 2081/04/30 during office hours.
The concerned educational institution is requested to proceed with the admission only after verifying the original certificates and documents submitted by the candidates as per the Admission Guidelines and the notice.
Additionally, candidates who fail to secure admission within the specified deadline at the designated programs must compulsorily notify the Council, Sudurpashchim Provincial Office, via email at [email protected] in writing within 3 days, as per clause 27 (b) of the Admission Guidelines.
