CTEVT Gandaki Results of the Classified (Free) Scholarship Programs Entrance Exam for Diploma and Certificate Level

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Gandaki Province Office Notice Regarding the Publication of Results of the Classified (Free) Scholarship Programs Entrance Examination for Diploma and Certificate Level

In reference to the notice published by the Examination Control Office of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Bhaktapur, on 2081/03/15, this notice is hereby issued for all concerned regarding the publication of the results of the entrance examination conducted on 2081/04/12 for all classified (free) scholarship programs under this province.

The entrance examination was conducted at the designated examination centers for the Diploma and Certificate levels. The results have been published on 2081/04/25, based on the total score obtained from the written examination and the assigned marks for the SLC/SEE educational certificates as per the "Diploma and Certificate Level Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines, 2081." The results include the list of main candidates, passed, and canceled candidates as per the approved program categories and quotas.

Selected candidates recommended for admission as main candidates are requested to visit the designated educational institutions for admission by 2081/05/02, within office hours, along with their admit card, result copy, educational qualification certificates, citizenship or birth registration certificate, original certificate of the selected target group, and photographs.

The concerned educational institutions are requested to verify the original certificates/documents submitted by the candidates before admission, as mentioned in the admission guidelines and notice.

Additionally, if the candidates do not get admitted by the final date of admission to the designated educational programs, they are requested to mandatorily inform the CTEVT Gandaki Province Office via email at [email protected] within 3 days as per Clause 26(b) of the Admission Guidelines.

Note: Other passed students will be recommended for the scholarship quota after ensuring the operation of programs in the educational institutions.
