Since "Pushpalal National Award, 2078" will be dedicated as per the approved annual program of the current Fiscal Year 2078/79; Individuals and organizations in the following three areas have applied for the “Pushpalal National Award, 2078”, following the following procedure, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, and have applied to the Culture Division or Pushpalal Memorial Foundation, Kirtipur-8, Champadevi, Kathmandu. Recommendations are invited.

Prize subject area
A) Political / Theoretical
Significant contributions made for the progressive political transformation in the country and special contribution and assistance for the implementation of the political principles and programs put forward by Pushpalal and important contributions made for the progressive transformation of Nepali society through research and writing on politics, philosophy, sociology and economics.
B) History:
Contributions made through research and writing on the history of Nepali society, the history of Nepal's political movement and the history of the Nepali communist movement.
C) Literature, culture and science:
Research and writing in the field of research and writing and science and technology in the field of progressive literature creation and cultural aspects of Nepali society.
