As per the approved annual program of the current Fiscal Year 2078/79, the National Talent Award will be given in the following categories and the Provincial Talent Award will be given to one person from each of the seven states in each category; This information has been published by inviting the individuals and organizations who have contributed for the nation by doing exemplary work in the following genres and fields for the National and Provincial Talent Awards to submit application / recommendation to the Culture Division of this Ministry within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication.

1) The main genre and field of award:
Basic genre area
A) Culture: culture, archeology, history, sociology, anthropology, folklore,
B) Music and Drama: Drama, Dance, Music
C) Fine Arts: Painting, Sculpture, Architecture, Handicrafts, Crafts,
D) Language and Literature: Study and research of national languages and the poetry, poems, narratives, essays, plays, critiques written in them.
2) Recommendation process:
A) Institutional or individual letters may be submitted for the Talent Award with the work of the relevant genre attached.
B) The application form for the Talent Award can be obtained from the Ministry's website: www.tourism.gov.np.
3) Details or documents to be attached while applying or recommending:
A) Details of person / organization: name, contact address, email and mobile number, permanent account number (PAN).
B) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
C) 2 passport size photos.
D) Details of published masterpieces (one copy) and other materials.
E) Even if there are other material publication documents.
F) Other introductory material of talent in the absence of published work.
