Urgent Notice regarding Application Demand for Nomination for Free and Partial Scholarship in BSc Agriculture:
Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have fulfilled the following qualifications as they have to obtain the qualification order as per the Scholarship Rules 2060 out of the 30 seats received for the study of B.Sc Agriculture subject for the academic session 2076 at Siddhant Campus Gaidakot Nawalparasi (Sustapur) under the University of Agriculture and Forest Sciences.
1) Minimum qualification required for application
A) Must have passed the entrance examination conducted by the University of Agriculture and Forestry in 2076 BS.
B) 1. Groups and seats designated for application: (College wise)
- Ramnagar Technical College – 5 Seats
- Jeevika Agriculture Science College, Sunsari – 5 Seats
- Valley Agriculture Campus Lalitpur – 5 Seats
- Bright Midwest Surkhet – 5 Seats
- Gorkha Polytechnic, Banke – 5 Seats
- Eastern Agriculture Campus Jhapa – 5 Seats
Total Seats = 30
Reservations total Setas: 13
General total Seats: 17
2) Application Deadline: From 2077-03-06 to 2077-03-12, the application can be sent by attaching the required documents to the email [email protected] of the Scholarship Branch, Keshar Mahal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The application is attached herewith.
3) Provisions related to revenue: The applicants have to pay Rs. 1000 (One thousand) should be deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank Counter and a scan of the voucher should be attached and sent to the scholarship Division along with the application.
4) Documents to be scanned and attached with the application
Fully filled application form
- Revenue submitted voucher
- Citizenship certificate
Rank Merit FAT for the entrance examination conducted by the University of Agriculture and Forestry.
Educational pass verification certificate/degree provisional certificate/migration certificate for those who have passed 10 + 2 and certificate level or similar.
If the Board of Educational Qualification is outside Nepal, it has been issued by the concerned board of all or any level.
Or a scanned copy of the pass verification certificate/degree provisional certificate/migration certificate along with the percentage open letter from the Educational Development Center should be attached to the market.
If the name and surname are different in the certificate of citizenship and educational qualification, including the scanned copy of the letter of recommendation of the concerned district administration office that the same person is the same person.
5. Community school reservation group:
Since only the candidates who can submit all the three proofs including the recommendation of disadvantage, recommendation related to a government school, and proof of reserved group belong to the community school group, the candidate who wants to apply in such a group has to attach these three documents with the application. In addition to the documents specified for the general group, the following documents should also be attached
1) Recommendation letter provided by the concerned local body or education coordination unit stating that the school which has passed SLC is a community government.
2) Recommendation letter of disability issued by the concerned Rural Municipality or Municipality in the form of Schedule 1 of the Open Scholarship Rules 2060 due to poverty from 2077-03-06 to last date of filing the application form 2077-03-12.
Letter of recommendation provided by the following body to prove that he/she belongs to the community concerned.
Recommendation of Janajati: From Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan or from the concerned District Administration Office or concerned local body
Recommendation of Madhesi: From District Administration Office or concerned local body
Recommendation of Dalit: From District Administration Office or concerned local body or concerned official Identity card issued by the body
6. Backward and Remote Areas: Certified Recommendation Letters of the concerned local bodies residing in the respective districts specified by the date of application (Vajhang, Wajura, Achham, Jajarkot, Humla, Jumla, Mugu, Kalikot and Dolpa).
7. Opportunity for other school groups: First priority will be given to the candidates who have passed the entrance examination from the community school in the reserved place and submitted the above-mentioned documents. Only in the absence of any candidate in the community group, reserved seats will be provided to the persons of the same community who have passed the entrance examination from other schools within Nepal. In case of non-availability, the reserved seats will be converted into ordinary groups and distributed as per the scholarship regulations.
