Tribhuvan University Faculty of Law Result of B.A.LL.B. Entrance Examination 2081/82
Tribhuvan University's Faculty of Law has published the entrance examination results for the B.A. LL.B. First Semester held on Kartik 28, 2081. Based on the written entrance examination results and the decision of the TU Academic Council meeting held on Mangsir 08, 2081 (decision number 46), an additional 80 seats have been added, making 570 seats available.
These seats are distributed across TU constituent campuses as follows: Nepal Law Campus, Kathmandu (160 seats), Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara (80 seats), Mahendra Multiple Campus, Nepalgunj (70 seats), Butwal Multiple Campus, Butwal (70 seats), Mahendra Multiple Campus, Dharan (70 seats), and the affiliated National Law College, Sanepa (120 seats). The results for candidates eligible for these 570 seats based on merit are as follows:
1. Students in the B.A. LL.B. program, based on the TU Semester System Regulations, 2074, and the TU Constituent Campus Admission Reservation Regulations, 2074, will be admitted according to merit. Candidates must contact their respective campuses within the notified dates for admission. Seats reserved for disadvantaged communities will be filled competitively based on merit among the respective groups.

For Indigenous Nationalities, admission will be based on the classification by the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities, from top to bottom.

For Madhesis, admission will prioritize students listed under the District Coordination Committee (Formation and Operation) Procedure, 2071, classifying disadvantaged communities over other Madhesis.

Admission will be prioritized for students with disabilities based on their blue, yellow, and white identity cards.

For "Others," admission will be based on merit among gender and sexual minorities and economically disadvantaged Khas Aryas with the highest marks.

Suppose a reserved seat remains vacant due to candidates not meeting the minimum 40% entrance exam requirement or no candidates from the reserved category applying. In that case, the seat will be filled based on merit from the remaining candidates.

If a seat remains vacant within the specified date due to no students being admitted, the seat will be filled based on merit from the remaining candidates.

During admission, students must submit original certificates of their academic qualifications. Students from institutions outside TU must also submit an equivalence certificate recognized by TU.

If any of the certificates submitted for admission are found to be counterfeit or if the required certificates are not submitted, the admission will be automatically canceled. The remaining candidates will fill the vacant seats based on merit.

Respective campuses must provide the details of all admitted students to the Dean's Office within 15 days of the final admission date.

All TU constituent and affiliated campuses/colleges must provide mandatory scholarships for 10% of the total admitted students.

The Dean's Office will investigate any complaint regarding non-compliance with admission rules. If found to be in violation, the admission will be automatically canceled. The vacant seat will be filled according to the rules, and the respective campus will refund the canceled student's fees.

These results also apply for scholarships from the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education.

Results have been published with the aim of accuracy. However, in case of any discrepancies due to printing or other technical reasons, corrections will be made based on the records of this office.

Suppose there are any grievances regarding the published results. In that case, candidates can submit a complaint to the Dean's Office by 2081/09/03 (Wednesday), along with a fee of Rs. 200/- per candidate, paid to Nepal Bank Limited account number 21700100192434000001. Complaints can be submitted in person or via email at [email protected]. Any technical errors will be corrected, and the final results will be published on 2081/09/04.

The respective campuses/colleges must conduct admissions according to the merit list only after receiving written instructions from the Dean's Office.

Additional Note: The merit order has been determined according to Rule 21 of the Entrance Examination Notification for candidates with equal marks while publishing the entrance exam results.
