Government of Nepal, Teacher Service Commission (TSC - Shikshak Sewa Aayog), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Notice Regarding the Result of Open Competitive Written Examination and Interview
As per the decision of the Commission dated 2081/05/10, the result of the candidates who participated in the open competitive written (subjective) examination for the position of Secondary Level (MaVi), Third Class Teacher, conducted on 2081/02/26, has been published in the order of their roll numbers. All concerned are hereby informed that the candidates who passed the written examination will be interviewed at the following place, date, and time.
Documents Required and Other Information for the Interview:
Candidates must bring the original documents listed below along with a certified copy of each document:
(a) Citizenship Certificate
(b) Admit Card
(c) Teaching License
(d) Transcript and Character Certificate of the minimum educational qualification required for the relevant level, and if applicable, one level higher qualification
(e) Equivalence Certificate if the educational degree was obtained from a foreign institution
(f) A recently taken passport-sized photograph
(g) Temporary appointment letter if currently employed
(h) Certificate of Education-related Training
Candidates who have served continuously in a temporary or grant-aided teaching position at the relevant level must bring a Service Certification Letter certified by the Chief of the Education Development and Coordination Unit or the Chief of the Education Branch of the relevant local body.
Candidates must bring copies of all original certificates, a completed personal details form provided by the Commission, or the personal details form available on the Commission’s website, along with all required documents duly prepared for submission.
Candidates who fail to bring the required original documents will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
If any candidate is found to have influenced the interview process by engaging in unauthorized communication, phone calls, or offering personal inducements, their examination will be canceled by the Commission.
The interview schedule will not be changed or postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
If any candidate is found not meeting the minimum required qualifications, subjects, or total marks as specified in the advertisement, their application form may be canceled at any time as per Rule 26(1) of the Teacher Service Commission Regulations, 2057.
If any error is found in the published results, it will be corrected by cross-checking with the records available at the Commission. Additional information can be obtained from the Commission’s website: www.tsc.gov.np.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the result of the written examination and wish to request a re-evaluation can submit an application along with a copy of the admit card to the Commission’s office in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, by 2081/05/17 during office hours. A fee of Rs. 500/- should be deposited in the Revenue Account No.: 1000200010000 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Office Code: 350213303, Office Name: Teacher Service Commission, and Revenue Title No.: 94224.
