Samling Power Company Limited IPO Result for Locals: Samling Power Company Limited Notice regarding allotment of ordinary shares (IPO) issued for the residents of project-affected areas (Local). Samling Power Company Limited had allotted 500,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share for the residents of the project-affected areas.

The project-affected area is 60% or 200,000 units for the residents of Ilam district and 40% or 200,000 units for the residents of project-affected areas Ilam Municipality Ward No. 8 and 10 and Maijogmai Rural Municipality Ward No. 4 and 5. The issuance and sale of ordinary shares were open for Nepali citizens residing in the Ilam district permanently from 18th Bhadra 2078 BS to 1st Ashoj 2078 BS.

This information has been published for the information of all the applicants who have duly applied within that period in accordance with the prevailing law regarding the distribution of ordinary shares of the company on 2078 Ashoj 20.
