1) Recently taken passport-size photograph (1 copy).
2) Certificate of health (in the format according to Schedule-10 of Nepal Electricity Authority, Staff Service, Terms and Conditions 2075.
3) Identification document (passport or citizenship certificate or any identification document).
4) 1/1 copy of all educational qualification certificates certified by a notary public.
5) Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Identity Card.
P.S.: Induction Training of the appointed candidates will be conducted from 2081/01/17 at Nepal Electricity Authority, Training Center, Kharipati, Bhaktapur.
