The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published the results of the Grade 12 Grade Improvement (Supplementary) examination, held on 25th and 26th Bhadra, 2081, as per the decision dated 2081/07/04. The details of the examination results are as follows:

Provision for Certificates: Candidates who have participated in the Grade 12 supplementary examination and secured at least a D grade in the theoretical examination of each subject can apply for transcripts, migration, provisional, and supplementary (IMPS) certificates starting seven days after the result publication date. A certified copy of the grade sheet/ledger showing the minimum grades required for Grades 11 and 12 must be attached to obtain educational certificates.

Retotaling Application: Candidates wishing to apply for a recheck of their grades, if dissatisfied with the grades obtained in any subject after the publication of Grade 12 supplementary results, must pay a fee of NPR 500 per subject through online payment. The application for re-totaling must be submitted within 15 days of the result publication date by Kartik 19, 2081 (or the next working day if that day is a public holiday). Applications can be submitted through the National Examination Board’s website, neb.gov.np, under "Online Payment (Retotalling)," or via www.payment.neb.gov.np/studentportal.

Addressing Errors in Results: If any errors (such as withheld results, absentee status, incorrect subjects, name discrepancies, registration number issues, etc.) are identified during the publication of Grade 12 supplementary results, candidates are requested to submit their application along with necessary documents to the relevant board office or the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, within six months of the result publication date. Applications submitted after the deadline or incomplete applications will not be processed.

Correction of Technical Errors: If the results contain technical errors, they will be corrected based on the original records maintained by the Examination Control Office.
