The initial public offering- IPO Result of Mailung Khola Hydropower Company (Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited) was published on Tuesday (10th August 2021). Sales manager Siddhartha Capital is going to distribute the company's shares at 9 am on Tuesday after completing the pre-allotment on Monday.
According to Siddhartha Capital, 21,18,925 applicants have applied for the purchase of 2,85,41,840 units of shares in the company's IPO.

After that, the remaining 668,746 units will be distributed to the general public.
At present, the paid-up capital of Mailung Khola Hydropower is Rs. 294.514 million. After the IPO sale to the public, the company's paid-up capital will reach Rs 368.143 million.
