The Teacher Service Commission (TSC) of Nepal, based in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has announced the results of the Lower Secondary Level (NiMaVi) Teaching License Examination for Madhesh Pradesh.   1. Results Release: The TSC has published the roll numbers of candidates who have passed the examination as per the guidelines of the sub-rule (1) of the 2080 Kartik 18.

  2. Examination Conduct and Compliance: Strict adherence to the examination norms was mandated. The results of candidates who breached these norms, especially those who appeared at non-designated centers, were cancelled. This includes candidates with roll numbers 40320017038 and 40320015289.

  3. OMR Sheet Instructions: Accuracy in filling out OMR sheets was emphasized. Mistakes such as incorrect filling of circles, multiple circle fillings, or no filling led to the cancellation of some candidates' answer sheets.

  4. Compliance with Advertisement No. 40/80/81: The TSC has stated that the examination or application of candidates found to have provided false information or not meeting the prescribed conditions will be cancelled, as per Rule 26 (1) of the TSC Rules 2057.

  5. Updating Personal Information: Candidates with discrepancies in their personal details are required to update their information online before 2080/08/27. The necessary documents include a petition, admit card, and a copy of the Nepali Citizenship Certificate. For address changes, a recommendation letter from the local level is needed.

  6. Correction Deadline: Amendments in personal details on the teaching permit must be completed within one year from the date of result publication.

  7. License Distribution Process: The teaching licenses will be distributed by the Education Development Coordinating Unit of the district where the candidates appeared for the examination. The TSC will provide updates on the distribution schedule on its website.

  8. Documentation for License Collection: When collecting the teaching permit, candidates must present several documents, including a prescribed application, educational qualification certificates, recent passport-size photographs, admit card, citizenship certificate, and an equivalency certificate (for qualifications obtained from foreign institutions).
