This notice serves to inform the concerned candidates about the process for document verification as follows:

- Two copies of passport-sized photographs.
- A complete set of photocopies of essential documents, each attested by the candidate themselves.

- Candidates must submit the documents within 7 days from the date of this notice.
- Submissions can be made at the Public Service Commission’s Record Management Center.
- Failure to submit the required documents within the given timeframe may result in the cancellation of the candidate's examination results.

- If any discrepancies or issues arise regarding the document submission, candidates are requested to contact the Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
- Candidates who have passed the written examination but fail to comply with the document verification process may face disqualification.
