Candidates who have been recommended for appointment must contact the Human Resource Management Department at Pulchok, Lalitpur. They are required to provide their health certificate within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of notice publication in Gorkhapatra. It is important to note that failure to contact the department within the given timeframe will result in the removal of their name from the merit list. In such cases, the vacancy committee will offer the appointment to a candidate on the waiting list.
