Himalayan Hydropower's IPO has been allotted (IPO Result Published. The IPO was distributed at the office of Global IME Capital, the manager of the share issue and sale of Himalayan Hydropower.
A total of 1,77,54,300 applications were received from 1,595,554 applicants in the IPO opened by Himalayan Hydropower since August 31. Out of the total applications, 1 thousand 611 applications have been rejected and 15 lakh 93 thousand 796 applications have been approved.
Out of the approved applications, 183,047 applicants have received shares of the company at the rate of 10 units. Out of them, two lucky applicants have received one more unit, i.e. a total of 11 units of shares.
Himalayan Hydropower had issued a total of 1,968,250 ordinary shares at the face value of Rs 100 per share since Ashad 15, 2079. Out of that, 2 percent or 39 thousand 365 shares have been reserved for the employees and 5 percent or 98 thousand 413 shares have been distributed in the collective investment fund. Only the remaining 18 lakh 30 thousand 472 shares have been distributed to the general public.
As more applications were received for the IPO issued by Himalayan Hydropower than the demand, shares have been distributed at the rate of at least 10 units through the round of issuance as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive.
