Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) Published Shortlisting Result of Ganak and Supervisor

Government of Nepal, National Planning Commission, Central Statistics Department, Thapathali, Kathmandu Notice of shortlisted supervisors / enumerators for National Agricultural Census, 2078

Among the application forms received for the post of Supervisor / Enumerator in the online manpower management system prepared as per the information of the Central Statistics Department for the recruitment of enumerators and supervisors in the contract for the National Agricultural Census 2078, dated 20708-11-10. Candidates are shortlisted according to the attached list according to the level. The list of supervisors / enumerators on the shortlist can be viewed on the website of Central Statistics Department at www.cbs.gov.np or www.agricensus.cbs.gov.np or at the concerned Province District Agricultural Census Office.

Contact time and required documents:

When filling up the form, submit the original copy of citizenship, the original copy of the certificate, if you have submitted that you have taken agriculture/ livestock/ statistics subject, and if you have submitted that you have worked in national level calculations and surveys, you should take the original copy of experience certificate. You have to contact the concerned Province District Agriculture Census Office.

Criteria used when shortlisting:

A) For the supervisor

40% for the marks mentioned in the minimum educational qualification mark sheet, an additional 20% for those who have graduated in agriculture, animal or statistics subject, 10% for experience working in national-level census and surveys, 25% for the local area, 5% for those who have knowledge of the local language. A merit list has been established.

B) For Enumerators (Ganak)

50% for the marks mentioned in the minimum educational qualification mark sheet, an additional 10% for those who have passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent in agriculture or animal science subjects, 10% for experience working in national-level census and surveys, 25% for the local area, knowledge of the local language. Merit list has been established by maintaining 1% for.

Procedure to be adopted by the Province / District Agricultural Census Office in appointing Supervisor / Enumerator:

According to the decision of the department, the details submitted by the shortlisted supervisors / enumerators while filling the online form must be verified by the concerned Province / district agricultural enumeration office along with the original documents.

The final selected supervisors / enumerators should be appointed as per the approved schedule of the agricultural census and involved in the agricultural census.
