Candidates selected for Computer Skill Test and Interview should fill up 2 copies of the Passport size photo, complete the minimum required qualification certificate and other required documents, and Application Form 2 as per Schedule 5 of Provincial Public Service Commission Rules, 2076 before the date fixed for the interview.
