Agriculture Development Bank Limited: Announcement of Final Recruitment Results of 5th Level Business Assistant
The Agriculture Development Bank Limited (ADBL) Recruitment Committee, situated at Ramshahpath, Kathmandu, has published the final outcome of their latest recruitment drive. The results were disclosed on the 16th of Ashad, 2080, related to Advertisement No. 19 for the fiscal year 2078-79. The recruitment process was designed to include a broad range of candidates from different societal backgrounds, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
The recruitment process was conducted for the position of Assistant Level 5, particularly for the role of Business Assistant. The vacancies were divided into different categories as per the reservation norms of the institution. The categories include Open, Women, Adivasi Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, and Handicapped. The distribution of the vacancies was as follows:

Recruitment Process and Outcome
A total of 42 candidates were selected for the interview round, post their performance in the written test conducted by the Public Service Commission. These aspirants were chosen based on their performance, skills, and knowledge that they displayed in the written examination.
However, only 41 candidates attended the interview session, which was held from the 13th to 15th of Ashad, 2080. This final round was designed to assess the personal attributes, communication skills, and overall suitability of the candidates for the role of Business Assistant.
The final selection of candidates was based on a comprehensive evaluation that included the aggregate score from both the written examination and the interview round. The combined results determined the order of merit, thereby leading to the final decision.
