Public School Best Teacher Award
Urgent Notice for Application Call for Selection of “Public School Best Teacher Award” by V.P. Agrawal Science Foundation. V.P. Agrawal Science Foundation has established the “V.P. Agrawal Best Secondary Teacher Award” to encourage secondary-level teachers from public schools who achieve excellent results in the SLC examination in subjects such as Nepali, English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. A prize of NPR 2,22,222/- will be awarded in the month of Magh this year. This notice is published for all concerned qualified public school teachers to apply by visiting the portal www.vpagrawalsciencefoundation.org.np:
1. Must be a permanent teacher at the relevant school or a teacher working continuously for at least five years on a contract or relief quota.
2. At least 80% of students must have passed the specific subject in the last two years' subject results.
3. The overall pass result of the school must be at least 35% in the application years.
4. At least 20 students in mountainous and hilly districts, and at least 30 students in Terai and Kathmandu Valley must have participated in the examination.
5. Must not have taken any extraordinary leave, hired a substitute teacher, faced corruption or criminal charges, or undergone any departmental action during the application period.
6. A grade of up to 'C' will be recognized for this purpose.
7. In the first phase, the top 3 teachers in each subject will be selected, and the best subject teacher will be selected and awarded based on their presentation as well. Other details are mentioned in the application form.
Therefore, qualified teachers are requested to download the recommendation form from the foundation's website, fill in the details, get it certified by the school, and submit the online application within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
