Government of Nepal Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology: Education Day 2080 Awards Announcements
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Nepal, is eager to honor deserving candidates with prestigious awards on the occasion of Education Day, 2080. The honours encompass the Nepal Vidya Bhusan Padak “A”, “B” and “C” and Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padak “A” and “B” and Nepal Prabidhi Vidya Bhushan.
Nepal Vidya Bhusan Padak “A”, “B” and “C” Criteria
(a) For Nepal Vidya Bhusan Padak “A”:
- Degree or above from a recognized Nepalese or foreign university.
- Attained qualifications while studying within a recognized institution in Nepal.
- Submission of Schedule-1 application form found on www.moest.gov.np.
(b) For Nepal Vidya Bhusan Padak “B”:
- Regular post-graduate student who achieved first place or highest grade point (minimum 3) in all subjects or papers during the years 2076 to 2079.
(c) For Nepal Vidya Bhusan Padak “C”:
- Regular graduate student who topped in their department or institute during the years 2076 to 2079.
Necessary Documents for Nepal Vidya Bhusan Padak “A”, “B” and “C”
Documents required include citizenship or passport for foreign candidates, certified copies of graduation or equivalent degree certificates, abstracts of research papers, biodata, work experience proof, and official translation of certificates not in Nepali or English.
Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padak “A” and “B” Criteria
(a) For Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padak “A”:
- Regular undergraduate students who secured highest marks or grades in final exams during the years 2076 to 2079.
(b) For Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padak “B”:
- Class 12 students of secondary education who secured highest marks or grades in final exams during the years 2076 to 2079.
Necessary Documents for Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padak “A” and “B”
Documents include certified copy of citizenship or passport for foreign students, transcripts and graduation certificates, and original certificates of class twelfth.
Nepal Prabidhi Vidya Bhushan
For the Nepal Prabidhi Vidya Bhushan award, the stipulations will be according to the notification of University Grants Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
All applications must be submitted by the 3rd of Bhadra 2080 during office hours at the Education and Human Development Centre, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Incomplete or overdue applications, or those containing incorrect details, will not be processed.
