Notice of the Study Team on Land Management for the Proposed Yogamaya Ayurveda University:
In the draft of Yogamaya Ayurveda University Bill, 2076 presented in the Federal Parliament, it is proposed that the central office of the university will be located in Arun Upatyaka in the place specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Gazette. The state government or local government or concerned organizations or donors are invited to submit an application to University Grants Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
1. At least 500 Ropanis of land with transport, electricity and communication services,
2. The land should not fall within the national forest area as much as possible and the land should be made available by the government or donors,
2. If there is land to be donated by the donor, there should be a land without donor commitment and dispute,
3. Commitment and recommendation of local body and
4. Details including the size, map and lot number of Charkilla open
