Two New IPO in the Month of Magh in Nepal:

Greenlife Hydropower Limited has been issuing IPO to the public since Friday 23rd Magh to 27 Magh and Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been issuing IPO since 28th Magh to 2nd Falgun 2077 BS.

Greenlife Hydropower is going to issue 3.251 million 652 shares to the public. BOK Capital Market Limited has taken the responsibility of the sales manager of the share issue.

Care Rating Nepal Limited has given Care-NP B Plus (IS) rating for the issuance of ordinary shares of Greenlife Hydropower Limited which is about to issue the said shares. This ordinary share will be open for sale from 23rd to 27th of Magh.

Greenlife Hydropower Limited, which is about to issue these ordinary shares, is a company that aims to invest in various hydropower projects.

The company has already distributed all the shares allotted to the collective investment fund and the company's employees. Rs. The company, which has an authorized capital of Rs. 2.5 billion, has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.80 billion.

Currently, there is high pressure in the market due to the attraction of investors applying in the primary market and it is seen that there will be many primary share applicants. This will allow interested investors to apply through C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions and their designated branch offices and through MeroShare.

Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is issuing IPO from 28 Magh. The organization will issue 4 lakh ordinary shares equal to Rs. 40 million at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. The company has already appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issue and sale manager for IPO issuance and sale management.
