The following teachers and staff working in the following bodies under Tribhuvan University have been absent for more than 90 days in the campus/office without informing about their leave; On the basis of Article 84 (1) of Tribhuvan University Teacher Staff Service Rules 2050, why not punish as per Article 82 (b) 1 of the same rules? As per the decision of Tribhuvan University, Executive Council dated 2078-04-21 and 2078-5-17, they have been informed to submit their explanation within 15 days.
Of those mentioned in the details, only Sabitra Gautam, the accounting assistant, came to get the explanation; But since she did not say anything in his explanation about the basis for matching the leave of absence period; Why not dismiss from the service as per 82 (b) 1 with effect from the date of absence on the basis of Article 84 (1) of the same rule on all the teaching staff including herself?
