Tribhuvan University Postpones Entrance Exam for Agriculture and Veterinary Science Due to Continuous Rainfall
Due to continuous rainfall from Friday, 2081 Ashoj 11, Tribhuvan University has postponed the entrance examination for Agriculture and Veterinary Science.
The entrance exam scheduled for 2081 Ashoj 12, Saturday, has been postponed as students are facing difficulties reaching the venue due to waterlogging in various places, said Dr. Kishorchandra Dahal, Acting Dean of the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science and Coordinator of the Admission Committee, to Online Khabar.
According to him, a meeting is being held to decide when to conduct the postponed exam. "We are discussing holding it on 2081 Ashoj 16 or 17, and we will issue a notice today," said Dahal.
The entrance exam for Agriculture Science was supposed to take place at the Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences.
Earlier, on 2081 Ashoj 9, Far Western University had conducted the entrance exam for students studying agriculture at Padma Kanya Campus in Kathmandu, with nearly 1,000 students participating.
