The Tribhuvan University Personnel Administration Division has directed to send the details of the serving teachers and employees who have compulsorily retired due to age limit. Regarding permanent retirement, the permanent teachers and staff have been instructed to fill up the service details form and send it to the Personnel Administration Division six months before retirement.
A notice was issued by the department stating that some campuses and offices were found to be working even after the mandatory retirement period without sending details; And as there is a problem in the activities related to retirement, it has been instructed to send the service details related to retirement in time as per the rules.
It has also been informed that the concerned campus, office, and working teachers will be responsible for the problem arising out of not providing the service details form in time.
There is a provision of compulsory retirement after the completion of sixty-three years of age for the teachers and staff serving in the affiliated campuses and offices of Tribhuvan University.
