TSC Notice Regarding Teacher's Performance Evaluation Form in Nepal's Academic Session 2079
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Nepal has released a notice regarding the filling of the evaluation form in the teacher's work performance evaluation form for the academic session 2079. The notice applies to all Education Development Directorates, education development and coordination units, and local levels.
Key Information in the Notice
According to sub-rule (7) of Rule 32D of Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057 (with amendments), all permanent teachers working in public schools must fill in the performance evaluation form in their respective schools and submit it to the principal within 30 days of the commencement of the new academic session.
The performance evaluation form for the academic session 2079 must be registered in the school between 1st and 30th of Baisakh 2080, which is a request for arrangements.
Last year, due to the spread of Covid-19, the period for filling the performance evaluation form for the academic session 2078 was extended until 30th May 2079.
Important Instructions for Filling Out the Performance Evaluation Form
The performance evaluation form must comply with the Teachers Service Commission (Eleventh Amendment) Regulations, 2078.
When registering the performance evaluation form, write the date clearly without any caremt or overwriting.
The concerned teacher who signs that the results of the students he/she has taught has been calculated according to the results must sign and date the form.
In the place of giving the marks obtained by the teacher in Sections A, B, and C of the performance evaluation form, the evaluator should provide the written marks in both numbers and letters clearly without any caremt or overwriting.
The person who recommends and certifies must be a separate person. If there is no officer or only one officer in a municipality or unit, mention the same in the case and send it to the education development and coordination unit with a seal.
