Tribhuvan University has stated that applications can be submitted till October 22 (Kartik 5) to participate in the 47th Convocation. A meeting of the Tribhuvan University Examination Steering Committee has extended the deadline for applications till October 5.
From June 15, 2020, to June 14, 2021, according to the semester and annual examination system, students who have passed undergraduate, postgraduate, MPhil, and Ph.D. levels and obtained the transcript from the Examination Control Office will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony.
A total of Rs 3,200 has been fixed for graduation and certificate level and Rs 1,500 for bachelor level, Rs 4,200 including deposit for postgraduate and MPhil level, and Rs 4,700 including deposit for Ph.D. level.
TU OCE has stated that the maintenance fee for all levels will be deducted from the deposit amount of Rs 1,500 and from the deposit amount of Rs 300.
Students must obtain a certificate within one year of the graduation ceremony. Earlier, 29,729 students will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony as per the 59th grace list with the details of the students who will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony on the occasion of the annual festival of Tribhuvan University.
