As many as 9,699 have applied for Auxiliary Workers (Caregiving) in Israel. According to the Department of Foreign Employment, there is a demand for one thousand Auxiliaryworkers. A total of 9699 applications have been applied till Monday, the last day of online application submission.
The Department of Foreign Employment has informed that the verification of the application has started from Tuesday. Applications that do not meet the required qualifications will be rejected.
According to the department, there is a demand for skilled workers for one thousand caregivers including 70 percent women and 30 percent men. Four thousand two hundred women and five thousand 499 men have applied.
According to the Department of Foreign Employment, if the application is rejected, the applicant will be informed along with the reasons.
In case of approval or rejection, the department will inform the applicant after determining the examination center through the phone number and email provided by the person in the online system.
As per the previous agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Israel, the final selection of workers to be sent to Israel will be made. Those selected from the English language test will be called for an interview and after being selected from the interview, their names will be included in the roster and sent to Israel for selection of workers.
The whole process will be fair and transparent, as Israel will select workers from a list of 1,400 names on the roster.
The Department of Foreign Employment informed that online application has been demanded to make the selection process transparent and no one other than the two countries can participate in the selection process.
The department has stated that the weight and height will be tested at the center during the examination and interview to ascertain the person who has applied.
The Department of Foreign Employment has clarified that there will be no role and involvement of any private sector, foreign employment business company, consultancy, agency, or individual in the selection process of workers.
