Technical education will be initiated from the current educational session in five community schools in Jhapa. The technical education in five community schools of Jhapa under 'One local level, one technical education' policy was given to the government.

The basis of technical education to produce medium-level manpower and it will be able to start teaching at the same level as a whole at 150 local level. Jainarayan Mahat, head of education development and coordination units’ aid, "One topic has been mentioned at a local level, even this year, teaching is being started at five local levels in Jhapa."

The Agricultural Science Courses will be offered in Moti Secondary School, Jhapa Rural Municipality and Gauriganj Secondary School, Gaurigunj Rural Municipality, Jhapa District. Similarly, Mahat informed that the Agriculture in Plant Science course will be offered in Namuna Secondary School, Haldibari Rural Municipality and Janata Secondary School in Jhapa Rural Municipality. Likewise, the Computer Engineering Course will be offered in Buddha Shanti Rural Municipality.

Each school will enroll 48 students for that class. In Jhapa, 240 students from five schools will be able to achieve technical education. They will study related issues related to grade 9 to Class-12 for three years. Mahat also informed that the government would provide one of the teachers of each and every secondary school for conducting the classroom.
